July Wish ~**

It's only the 7th of July

and already I am 

thinking

dreaming,

wishing,

about my new class of

First Graders!

Will they like me?

Respect me

Listen 

Love to read

love each other

follow my teaching

..... ?

One thing is for sure ...

I WILL

LOVE

Them!

I always do.

No matter what

they will be my kids

for the next 10 months.

And I will treat them like 
my little school family.

To make my point I will share a TRUE story.

One of my teacher friends
from another district

met one of my students
out and about.

When she found out that he
attended 

the same school as I

she asked him

if he knew me.

The little guy responded,

"Know her ~ know her ...

I'm her favorite person!!!"

And that is how I wish for all my

students to feel!
